"This stay was a bit Jekyll & Hyde... The property and location were wonderful. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. The room, however nice, was not clean. We literally had to go out and purchase Lysol wipes and clean our own bathroom, We made the front desk aware and their response was kind and understanding. However, we were promised a reduced rate for the trouble and did not receive it (I called the front desk 4 times since receiving my final bill and couldn't get anyone on the phone). There was no soap in the shower dispenser and no toilet paper (had to go track it down from housekeeping). The restaurant on property was beautiful and the views were amazing at sunset, but the food fell flat. This hotel has all the potential in the world but if housekeeping and staff are going to fumble the small things, it will diminish its ability to thrive."

"Staff was very nice. They were courteous and friendly. Good breakfast, especially the coffee. It was not what I call, hot brown water. From the moment you walk into the reception, you get the smell of cleanliness. Great location. You have everything that you can possible need or want near by. It was all great, the only concern was that our door would not close. We had to slammed the door when leaving the room in order for it to close and lock it from inside when we were in the room. Room and kitchen were neat and clean. They could add more towels. We only had three for a room that can fit up to six people. It would also be nice if there was an ice machine on premises vs having to put the refrigerator to make it. "

"Front desk clerk had her kids in pajamas at work. GM was unkind and refused to speak with me about room condition also I was given room key and the room was not clean. No refund given. We did NOT STAY. Horrible hotel, unsanitary"

"The shower stall has mold in it. The shower head in room 314 is loose in the wall and is ready to break. The wall that meets the ceiling is cracked and you can see the light in the bathroom when it’s turned on in the bedroom. Hotel smells like cigarettes and is in need of a renovation."

"The house was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. There are plenty of shops with in a short drive as restaurants if you want to eat out. The house was very nice, we would stay here again "

"The elevator went down. Plus I’m disabled was on the 4th floor. I had to walk up n down the stairs. I’m on oxygen the desk clerk last night may a joke about my disability. "

"Fantastic house. Super clean and new. Host was very accommodating. Always alittle nervous picking a good neighborhood in Columbus but this one seems safe and quiet. Loved the screened in porch. Was the perfect spot for our Soldiers Airborne graduation. Highly recommend!"

"Yes, the host was very accommodating. Communication was great! Prompt. My suggestion would be new bathroom rugs. They are extremely warn. Soon, I'd update the entry carpet as well.(Just suggestions)"
