(This isn't some remote island. Its a city in Ohio). The staff is barely able to be heard. No one told us about the $10 credit to our room, so it was 'void' by the time we found out on the 2nd night here. Just a money trap for a fairly average hotel."

"I reserve a room with a king bed and it appeared to only be a queen. Water pressure in the shower was soooo weak. Hotel was clean and staff was nice."

"Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present my Expedia reservation for proof. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast."
