"When we walked in, the top bedspread for one of the beds had blood stains. The carpet was fully stained, and so were the lampshades. The bathroom countertop was still dirty as well. "Front Desk was very supportive, polite. They were quietly, behind the scene helping us to navigated through all personal issues we had at that time. David(front desk) reminded me a hotel manager from "Pretty Woman", who foresee and quietly resolves issues before they surface. Their breakfast was excellent. Their fries were delicious. We had various fresh berries every day. All personnel foresee your needs and offer/provide service before you know it. Great team!"
