"This property shows pride of ownership. It is beautifully decorated and everything you would need for a home away from home is provided. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable, and you are close to all amenities including access to GVR locations for an additional fee. The owner thoughtfully had all paperwork filled out for us to do this, and we spent everyday at the pool cooling off. The backyard is private and has beautiful shade provided by mature trees. This home truly is a gem."
