Floors in our room were sticky. I saw a person using a black water mop. They need to change the water after each room is mopped. Couch/bed stunk of urine. Super nice staff was the only reason I rated it as high as I did. I will not consider staying there again.

The 1st night there was a.party or gathering that was loud but it was ok because they left or, respected the time. The staff was on point. The location was close to my destination and centrally located for shopping. Overall I was pleased

There was a funny smell in the room that just wouldn't go. One thing to watch out for are extra charges on top of the agreed Expedia amount (front desk staff claimed was added by the POS terminal) and make sure to double check bill for duplicate charges.

The beds were basically cots. Our bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The front counter staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. Ourbthere was no direction on how to enter the main building after checking in and oir key cards didnt work to let us in. The guy eventually walked us to our room to let us in but there was sero communication from him on anything.

Stayed here for 8 days and staff was sometimes in a good mood, but mostly in a bad mood…they seemed frustrated to be there and approaching the front desk you got the feeling you are annoying them. they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom after I checked out while I was waiting for my uber. avoid if possible
