"Had to search for the key to get in. No prior indication of where to find it. Was greeted by a dirty mop bucket with water, right inside the door. Found several various items tucked in couch..: dog toys, bottle of soda, electric hair trimmer. Bathroom was filthly, did have new towels. Painters tape still on wall in shower, odd signs hanging on doors. Driveway was covered in ice, no rocksalt. Property completely dated. Light bulb above stove exploded sending glass everywhere. No cleaning...

"This was the perfect house for our trip! This house was meant for entertaining for sure. We were comfortable and able to actually host a family dinner! Everyone loved the house and space! This is a definite stay again! "

"This is our 2nd time visiting this home. We come to visit our son, who is a student at Colgate and in the Colgate orchestra. The hosts are so accommodating and wonderful! The house is squeaky clean and so comfortable. We have already booked it for our next visit in April. "
