"We had an excellent stay, room was very clean and the staff were just amazing ! My only complaint would be the pool area, it is very run down. The tiles looked very old and dirty, the pool was very cloudy and the hot tub is being held together by ratchet straps. Also beside the hot tub on the floor was a bit dirty as well. However, we still enjoyed taking a swim and relaxing in the hot tub. Would recommend this hotel ."

"It was a beautiful place to stay. The outdoor pool was clean and warm (cleaned every morning). The road to go in was a bit rocky, but well worth it. Lots of trails and outdoor activities. The deck could use some work & stain, also there were no chairs to sit on outside on either your own back deck or the main covered porch. The community bbq for the motel sites barely works and could use a cleaning. The rooms were relatively clean but could use a good dusting. We were able to get late check out, which was wonderful. The parking was an issue for the motel but that was mostly due to the guests inability to park NOT the place itself. We would definitely stay there again!!! I just wish the office was open longer and maybe had some sort of events going on for the campers. And had more to offer in the general office\store. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS THOUGH! Just bring your own chair LOL"

Romantic Tiny Cottage w/ Hot Tub & Fire Pit – Sunset Cottage #2

"Our stay at Field and Fern Cottages in their Sunset Cottage #2 was excellent. Our cottage was very clean and tidy. It held all of the amenities needed by us plus a crib board and various games. We did bring our own cooler as well. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the front deck and got to check out and listen to the horses across the way from the stables. The hot tub was very relaxing. We didn't try out our fire pit but found it was well stocked with wood. Our hosts and their communication was excellent. We were down on vacation and booked this cottage on line a number of months before. We would happily book again with Field and Fern in the future. Cheers Scott & Pam"
