"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again."

"This is our second visit to one of my favorite places! It is a comfortable place to stay for 2 people and has beautiful views of the river tides and ocean. "This is a small place but OK for a couple. Bathroom was tight but adequate. Be aware that the kitchenette is quite small with no cooktop or oven, although the fridge is pretty large. Only slight hiccup was at checking in where we followed the instructions to get the key under the mat--but there was no key. We then spent 5 minutes trying to find the key, as well as trying to locate a way to call the host--before randomly trying the door and it was already unlocked. Otherwise everything was as...

"We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful."

"Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

"Our unit was a 2 Queen bed Townhouse room. We couldn't believe it, we loved it!! Everything was brand new. The staff was very helpful and kind to guiding us where to eat and of course how to get to "Marginal Way". The grounds were well kept and the gas grills spotless. Wish we could have stayed longer."

We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. "We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references.
