"Excellent location, close to subway and within walking distance from the direct city centre. Small but comfortable and clean room, with a nice shower and nice staff. Definitely a great value for money for short stays in the centre "

"The staff at the Belhaven were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great. Very nice neighborhood, walking to shopping and dining. Our room was on the lower level and needed a refresh. It was not dirty at all. Just didn’t look like the picture and I realize we needed more room as a family of 4. Beds were ok. Again staff and location were great we just didn’t like being in the basement"

"Disgusting room with a bathroom that has full on damp running throughout, so bad everything in the whole room was damp and clammy to the touch, beds were dirty and showed stains under a uv light, stayed 4 days and for the price i am shocked anyone would offer this as an option to stay in at 370 quid for 4 days, would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone until the whole rooms cleaned and the bathroom is fixed, is probably a health hazard as all i could smell was mold"

"The location is great, the view was amazing. The breakfast had a good selection suited to dietary requirements as well. Ben and Hazel were very friendly and helpful. They gave food suggestions and cool spots to visit around the area. It made our stay a little bit easier, would definitely recommend!"

"My nights stay at the Moxy SEC was very easy going. Check in was easy and quick. My room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and what I really liked was, when I closed the curtains it was dark. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was superb. "
