5/5 - Excellent
A great place to relax, unwind, restore. A walk-able village with many shops and restaurants.

While visiting Pipes Cove, you might make a stop by sights like Railroad Museum of Long Island and East End Seaport Maritime Museum.

Amazing views and comfy bed and room. No sound privacy between the rooms at all! I guess they o relooked sound insulation in an otherwise gorgeous renovation of a roadside motel.

Always love staying there when in Greenport. Clean. Central. Quality continental breakfast.

The unit was cute and well-appointed. I would recommend a new refrigerator in the unit, as the freezer door was broken.

Great place with plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative in check-in and checkout. We will definitely visit again.

We had another great stay at Michael's place. Everything was in great shape and its proximity to the beach, manicured backyard/pool and smart layout really make it an easy to recommend destination.
