20 minutes to Furniture Market, High Point University & NC A&T.
15 minutes to UNCG & Guilford College.
25 minutes to Wake Forrest.

We have 2 designated parking spots. If you have additional cars, they must be parked in unmarked spots or street parking.
Please remove your shoes at the door. No parties or large gatherings without approval, no smoking/vaping inside, no illegal drugs. Quiet hours are 8p—8a. Two parking spots for the unit. The parking spots are marked with the house number on the ground and are located right in front of the unit.
