FANTASTIC PROPERTY
What a spacious and well kept place. I loved the 1st floor layout and the upstairs bedrooms were just perfect! You would never believe how much room there is looking from the outside. Everything about the property was fantastic. Thank you for everything.

Excellent stay!
This property is top notch w/ all the amenities you could need for a short or long stay! Property was quiet, very clean and beds were so comfy. There’s abundant space to hang out together or find a spot for some private time. The small patio overlooking pond and golf course were an added bonus. Check in/check out was super easy and convenient. We did have a couple questions and communication was extremely quick and thorough! Great hosts! We will definitely stay here again.

Nice but restrictive parking and intermittent wifi
House was beautiful and spacious, beds comfy, kitchen well stocked. We did miss the presence of any kind of electric stand or hand mixer. The wifi was intermittent, we found if we had more than 3 devices connected it would stop working. Kept having to turn off smart tvs then turn them back on. Also the parking situation wasn’t great. The neighbor to the left was quite rude when someone accidentally parked in his spot. The neighbor on the right, however, was nice and understanding. It does have signage inside the door but it was not in the most obvious place, and we didn’t understand it was very specific places to park in. The pool is a short walk yes, but it was uphill and not that easy for someone with a cane so for that reason we would not stay here again. Other than these issues the rooms were big and luxurious.

Great weekend!
This is an excellent property in a quiet and pretty location. Our host was quick to respond to questions with accuracy and completeness. The property was well-kept and well furnished. When we’re back in that area, we will certainly be looking to stay there again!

Nice place
The place was what we needed. Reasonable price, nice neighborhood and spacious. Could definite use some minor TLC but that tends to happen at places which are pet friendly. We were in town for a wedding with 2 grandkids and wanted something roomier than a hotel room. It worked out great for us.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of VRBO and other managed properties, so with that influence and maybe after reading other reviews, I had higher expectations. I am trying to provide info that may be helpful to the owner and to other renters. Positives: - Area was lovely, quiet, and convenient to other Greensboro attractions - Spacious, living room and dining room were comfortable and good for 4 - 6 people - Andrea was helpful and responsive Possible Improvements: - Property could use some updates: Older cabinets - some broken drawers; kitchen table set - seats stained; piecemeal silverware, older, mishmash towels; some small holes in walls, torn drywall. - Property could have been cleaner for our stay: KItchen table chairs, Toaster oven - inside had not been cleaned, Cabinet Shelves dusty Would be nice to know in property description: - 3 bedrooms are upstairs, stairs are steep for anyone that may have physical challenges - Location of the Bathrooms: 1 onsuite with main bedroom, 1 in hallway upstairs, and 1 downstairs - 3 TVs, one in living room, family room, and master bedroom

Convenient and comfortable
Enjoyed our stay at this roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient for the Cardinal Dye and Greensboro Country Club Farm courses, both of which we played during our stay. Food Lion close by. Our host was very responsive and even caught the fact that I had accidentally booked for the wrong year!

Beautiful location and spacious stay
We had a wonderful stay at the golf course getaway. Andrea was quick to communicate and the house is in a great location. The grounds around are beautiful and peaceful. The house itself was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our few day stay. Definitely would recommend!

Beautiful Townhome
Myself and family were in town for my grandson's birthday party and stayed at Andrea's townhome. The property was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The community is quiet and peaceful with pleasant views. Andrea thought of everything to make sure everyone was comfortable during the stay. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty of towels, sheets, etc. This is hands down one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed at and we hope it's available the next time we come to Greensboro. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay!

Hidden Gem in Greensboro
Andrea's place was a great stay. We had more than enough room for the six people and my new granddaughter. Because of the baby accessories, we didn't have to bring alot of stuff. Will be back.

Felt Like Home
We loved staying here. The townhouse was spotless, very clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the guys could watch ball in the main living room and my grandson could watch Mickey Mouse in the den. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. And the townhouse was located within a few minutes of everything we wanted to do. Our hosts were excellent to work with and my first experience renting from Vrbo was a very positive one. My son said why would we ever stay in a hotel again. I highly recommend staying at this townhouse with this amazing host

We had a great experience at Andrea’s place. It was very spacious and had so many thoughtful amenities such as coffee. 3 full bathrooms and towel warmers. The golf course neighborhood was beautiful and the location was close to everything we needed. Andrea was a great host and answered all our questions very quickly.
