Everything was great except for the noise coming from the room next to us. Kept us awake a lot of the night. Not the hotel's fault, just inconsiderate people.

The receptionist was not friendly and complained that the cleaning staff were not her responsibility for not having our room ready at the specified time. Also, she promised cookies twice, but never got around to putting them up. Maybe she was having a bad day.
