DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

10/10 Excellent
"Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and give it 5 stars! Check-in was smooth, and the evening front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. They were also able to connect my membership to my reservation with no problem. I chose this hotel partly because of the on-site restaurant and bar. I expected the bar area to have a little more energy, but it was very quiet and somewhat dry and dreary. The TVs also weren't working while we were sitting at the tables for breakfast, which took away from the atmosphere a bit. The room was very clean and organized, especially the bathroom. I loved the shower—great water pressure and very clean! The room layout was a little awkward because the desk and chair were so close to the bed that it was hard to walk around when the chair was pulled out. I enjoyed the pool and getting my laps in, and I REALLY appreciated the extended checkout. It allowed me to relax without feeling rushed. The morning front desk service could have been a little warmer—not rude, just not as pleasant and welcoming as the evening staff. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with just a few small things that could improve the experience. I would stay again!"
