"Love all the space and the full size refrigerator in the kitchen. Check in was quick and efficient. Lori was helpful and friendly. I had requested a crib. It was set up and ready in the unit. We enjoyed a quick dip in the pool. The shower was hot and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a fantastic breakfast! So many options. Grateful for a high chair. ;) Overall, a terrific stay. I plan to stay here again when traveling to Greensboro."

"I stayed for one night as a stop over. I had to wait at the front desk for a while before getting my key, even though I had pre-registered online. I requested a top floor room and my request was not honored. I was traveling solo, so this was important to me to feel safe at night, so that was a bummer. My room was very clean and the housekeeping ladies were very nice. There were no toiletries or soap in my room, so I had to go to the front desk to ask for soap to wash my hands. That was another long wait, as the desk wasn't manned all the time and it took a while to get anyone's attention. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool area was a little depressing and looked like just anyone could walk in from off the street, as it wasn't secured and the outdoor fence was left open. It was quiet at night, other than traffic, so I slept pretty well. I didn't eat breakfast but the breakfast bar was well stocked with gravy, eggs, meat, etc. Coffee was good and they didn't run out like at most places I've stayed. The A/C in the room worked well, which was great because it was super hot outside. Overall, it was a good stay - the property is older but well maintained. I would suggest that front desk staff make themselves more available to people checking in to avoid long wait times."

"Location and breakfast was outstanding. Breakfast area was very clean and well stocked with breakfast variety. Hotel needs updating but is clean. Hotel should not charge it's customers $10 per night because given some outsiders will park their car at the hotel free and then take the free shuttle to the airport. Though the $10 is not bad, the hotel would do better installing a gate for its customers requiring a code to exit or just ticket outside customers after 24 hours. I do recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"I had a really good experience here, especially because of the lady at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, kind, and understanding during a very stressful time for me and my daughter. We had just moved to a new state and were in a new area, and unfortunately, things didn’t work out the way we had planned. I was frustrated and overwhelmed, but she reassured me that everything was going to be okay. She checked on us, made sure we were comfortable, and even helped us get another room when we needed one. Her kindness and customer service truly made a difference during a difficult time. She went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were okay and had what we needed. I really appreciate the way we were treated, and because of her, I would definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the area. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and cared for! ❤️🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
