DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro Airport

10/10 Excellent
"I stayed for 6 nights since I was visiting family in town. As a solo female traveler I never felt unsafe. The area is close to the freeway and about 10 min away from lots of stores on wendover. A few safety issues I noticed though, the side door doesn’t lock so no keycard is needed to enter. The staircase door sticks pretty bad to the point I didn’t think it could even open. It also collides with another door so not super effective during an actual emergency."

"The room was perfect, having the sitting area is nice. The restaurant and bar made it so we didn't have to leave to eat. Staff was great, I'd definitely go back."

Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Fortunately, the Grandover is a little more than an hour drive, so perfect for a short luxury getaway. My wife and I just returned from a 2 night stay and had an excellent experience. The grounds were beautiful, everything was clean and fresh, the room and bedding and view was wonderful. We dined at the Filial Restaurant Sunday evening and. Monday morning, finding both the food and service excellent. Everyone we spoke to was professional, friendly and helpful. We felt appreciated and welcomed by everyone. The pool was beautiful and tranquil and the bar was just as nice. If I was a golfer, I would have been in golf heaven…beautiful corse. Anyway, for a couple looking for an escape to relax and enjoy the few hours alone and be spoiled, this is a wonderful destination! Well done, Grandover! We will be back soon. As far as cost…definitely on the upper side yet worthy and deserving. No regrets at all!"
