He said the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout his visit. From the booking side, everything was smooth and easy, which is always appreciated when coordinating travel for someone else. It is great knowing you can book a hotel with confidence and know your employee will be taken care of. "I appreciated my stay at this hotel. Two things I was disappointed with is that the tv reception was not good on any of the nights I was there, but on nights 2 and 3 it may have been due to the storm. The other thing was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, which is inconvenient. I requested one on my last night and it was provided to me. I don’t know why some hotels have taken microwaves out of the rooms, but it’s a deal breaker for me. Other than those two things, I enjoyed my stay."
