I’ve been staying at different IHG and other hotels the last 6 years or so, mostly around Cleveland, OH. This hotel was one of the best stays I have had for the price point. A very friendly staff quick to respond, clean and comfortable rooms and lounge space, a wonderful outdoor pool, and a satisfying quick breakfast area, all included. If I had to complain, it was limited access to refillable water station and an awkward parking lot. But they were in no way dealbreakers for this property. It was convenient, a good value, and I would definitely stay again with my family.

There was no one at the front desk when we got there but we didn’t have to wait too long to check in. We enjoyed the breakfast’s hot options (eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, potatoes) and were glad that it was a lot more than cereal and bagels. The staff was friendly and helpful and wished us safe travel home.

Property was small but very functional. Had one of the nicest outdoor pools my wife and I have ever seen at a hotel. Room was decently sized and always clean upon return every afternoon however for some reason housekeeping would always seem to skimp on the fresh towels and we would have to either request more or make do with the smaller ones. The lower valve on our shower would also not close completely so both the shower and the tub faucet would be running while showering. Breakfast was always hot and extremely tasty each morning with a varied selection of items to choose from. Overall, a good place to stay as my wife and I have come to expect of the Holiday Inn brand.

We didn't want to drive 1.5 hours home after concert, so booked this for 1 night. Room had everything we needed (except directions to the ice machine ;-). We will note that the toilet fixture was unusually low, so much so that someone with knee or hip problems might encounter a "hard landing" and then need help getting up. Also, the floor of the shower was slippery enough to be a problem for someone not careful. The complimentary breakfast was way better than I'm used to seeing.
