"Great house for a 3 day visit with kids and dog. The house was clean and comfortable, with fun amenities that we all enjoyed (projector screen great for movies and games). Location was good - near grocery stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood is very walkable and pretty quiet. The host was quick to respond to all questions and very communicative. "

"The house is very clean and a decent location for fisherman. Had issues with door code and it took a hour to reach host. Cannot pull boats down drive. You do have to back down and wasn’t a big deal. Room for 3 boats. Price point was excellent and I would stay here again "

"Overall our stay was great. The house was clean and the communication with the host was easy. They allowed us to extend stay last minute. The house states that it sleeps 24, but I would not bank on that as the houses are not very large and some of that may include couches and top bunks. There are not enough towels (bath and kitchen) or silverware for large groups. Additionally, while the rental included 2 houses, the price seems steep for Athens area during the off season.
