"The room was lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly"

"Such a cool place! Gorgeous interior designs and very comfortable. It felt like being in a museum with walls full of art, crystal chandeliers and antiques. We had the botanical room and it was fun and upbeat. It was a small room but still comfortable. The bed was so soft it was difficult to get in and out of it, but otherwise we really enjoyed it. The exterior is very cool as an historic property. The neighborhood feels a bit neglected but the property itself is great. We stayed here to travel...

"The apartment we rented had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. There were dirty linens, dirty handprints on doors and light switches, and when we stripped the bed linens prior to checkout there was a blood stain on the pillow. Yuck!"

"The resort is amazing. The condo was very dated and had a lot of wear and tear. It didn't diminish our trip but could use updates and repairs. "
