"When you walk into the lobby it was very clean, welcoming, and smelled really good. All of the staff from the front desk attendant, to the housekeepers, and all other staff in between, were all so friendly and genuinely happy to assist in any way they could. We loved the space the room offered, the smaller swimming area for our youngest child to safely play, and the larger pool for our older children to enjoy. We would stay here again."

"Really like this hotel since it’s in the middle of downtown Appleton, so it’s really close to other shops and restaurants there. The rooms are clean and spacious although I wish there was brighter lighting. This is my second time there, and I hope to be back again whenever I’m in Appleton."

"This hotel is in an excellent location, right off the interstate. Check in was a breeze, the two staff members I was in contact with were friendly, the room was the perfect temp upon my arrival and was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, everything worked (vent unit, hair dryer, coffee pot), I had zero issues with anything. Oh, and the shower heated up in no time and I liked how I could adjust the shower head for different spray patterns. The breakfast area was busy, but there was plenty of seating options. There was a very nice variety of food choices and it was not the same every day, which was nice. Granted I was only there for two days, but it was nice to have a different hot meal each morning, with plenty of other options for whatever tickled my fancy. :) I'll definitely be staying here again."
