You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. All the shopping and restaurants you could need are only a couple miles away, and downtown Greenville is just a 14 minute drive! The Millennium Campus and St. Francis Millennium Hospital are just a couple minutes away.

The house is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a nice walking trail nearby. There is a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a playset!
In the living room you will find a foldable ping pong table that is perfect for indoor entertainment.
It is a very comfortable and clean home that features all new mattresses, beds, washer and dryer, and much more!

We drove up from Louisiana for a wedding of a really close friend. The house we more than we expected. It was clean and had plenty of room for everybody. My 2 teenage daughters and their friend that lives South Carolina spent some time with us and they really enjoyed the ping pong table. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We will be staying again in the future.

Fantastic Property
We are so pleased with this property. Located in a safe, quiet neighborhood, this house was very clean and comfortable. We arrived later in the evening than planned, but the clear instructions by the home owner made getting in and settled a breeze. We were welcomed by lots of nice extras like tea and coffee in the cupboard, treats to welcome us, extra towels in the bathroom, and the fun ping pong table. We cannot wait to return some day. Thank you!

Greenville Country Music Fest weekend
We stayed here for the Greenville Country Music Festival in Simpsonville at the CCNB Amphitheater. It was a 3 day event, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We came in on Thursday and after we checked in we rode into downtown Greenville to check it out and had late lunch and a cocktail. Then we ate at Coach House for lunch on Friday before taking an Uber to the concerts every day. It was a very exciting, fun, concert but expensive none the less. We will definitely like to stay at the Raymond’s house again if we come back to the area. The house was very cozy, clean, and comfy. Lovely decor. We stayed Oct 19-23, 2023. A good clean place
We stayed here to participate at the Preserve at Verdae open golf tournament. It was less than 2 miles from the course. The property was very clean, well maintained. It had all the amenities we would expect in our own house for the 2 night stay. Communication with the property owners was instant and the check in and out was simple.
