If you are looking for a first class Greenville experience this is the space for you. This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

Perfect downtown location! The Farmer’s Market was right outside our window! Everything was a walkable distance away. My friend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Parking is in the public garage one street over for 7/day (pleasantly surprised it wasn’t more). Hosts were very communicative!

This was an amazing location for exploring Greenville, close to EVERYTHING! The apartment itself was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in, every detail was considered. We will definitely be coming back.

What a trip!!!

We loved our stay at this condo. Its cozy and adorable. The location is unmatched. The owners were quick to respond and so kind. Check in and out could not have been easier. We hiked, we biked ,we shopped, and we ate so many delicious meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Already looking forward to coming again!

Loved this property! Location was unbeatable. We were right in the middle of downtown with a view of Main Street in the winter so still lit for Christmas. Food, entertainment, hiking, sights, nightlife, and much more all immediately accessible. Owner has decorated tastefully and stocked generously

Perfect Location

You can't find a better location to experience Greenville. We could walk in any direction and find more restaurants than we could count and plenty to do. Great spot, perfectly comfortable, would rent again.

The Main St. location, updated furnishings, wonderful balcony, cleanliness and ease of access exceeded all of our expectations. The only “dings” - outdated, dual remotes for tv and unsightly dust on fans.We will definitely rent again!

Perfect location

We were there 12/22-12/25 and felt right in the middle of holiday celebrations! The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as shown. Lots of upgrades and the bedding was super comfortable. The balcony was a plus! We used the parking garage as on street parking is limited. It was right outside the building entrance.

Great space. Great place.

The unit was laid out very well and functional. It had everything you would need to make for a great stay in Greenville. The unit was right in the middle of everything downtown, food, entertainment, shopping and much more. I would definitely recommend this rental and I will definitely stay again if available.

Weekend Stay

Perfect place to stay for an event or weekend in downtown Greenville. Everything was clean, nice, and comfortable. There is some street noise, but that’s to be expected right on Main Street and it wasn’t bad enough to make us lose any sleep. Also, there are some city garages that are free on weekends right nearby.

Excellent stay in downtown Greenville.

A great space, very modern and comfortable. Great location with a balcony that overlooks Main Street. Coffee shop and excellent restaurants on the same block. Walking distance to Bon Secours Wellness Arena. Loved hanging out on the balcony in the evening. Thanks much!

Great location and unit

The condo is very well supplied with necessary items (laundry detergent, paper towels, hand and bath soap, etc.) The location is great for walking to everything in Downingtown Greenville. We biked the Swamp Rabbit Trail every day - an easy ride to the trail from the unit. Our favorite restaurants were Coffee Underground for breakfast, Swamp Rabbit Cafe and Grocery for lunch, and The Lazy Goat for dinner. Loved our time in Greenville and found this condo to be perfect for us.

Great Condo

Condo was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Well stocked kitchen. Spent lots of time on balcony overlooking shops and street. Was walking distance from everything. We were in town to see show at Peace Center. Not only easy quick walk to there but went down to the park and walked along river. Easy check in, very safe with security measures in place. Would highly recommend!

Communication was excellent through the entire process from booking to check out. The condo is well appointed and stocked with all the little things you may forget to pack for your trip. The location could not be better if you are looking for a place centralized to downtown Greenville. Walking distance to to almost everything! Balcony overlooking S. Main Street with street musicians that made the street come alive and with all the lights and beautiful trees made you feel like you were in a Hallmark movie. I can’t express in words how wonderful our stay was in this condo and wouldn’t look for another place to stay when we return again. Very clean and top notch appliances throughout with an extremely comfortable bed and cozy sitting area with chairs and couch. The location was perfect. Close to parking garage and right in the heart of downtown. Saturday market was just outside our door. Restaurants and entertainment within a short walking distance. Lounging on the balcony with coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Well stocked condo and super comfy. Highly recommend!
