I truly liked the professionalism, courtesy and the respect that the entire staff show, this is from the management to the other team members. I will make it, the Fairfield in Millville the only place that my family and I will stay when in the area. Thank you!

Room was clean, staff was so very nice, and everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating

Everything was awesome as always ! -housekeeping be mindful about check out ( double check with guest before entering)

Very nice hotel. One breakfast complaint: As with so many hotels, no sense of what tea-drinkers want. A wide selection of flavored "teas" (which are not actually teas), but no simple, normal tea, such as an English Breakfast Tea. This may seen like nit-picking, but it isn't to tea drinkers. You would never treat coffee drinkers this way.

The front desk staff were amazing from check in to check out. So nice n friendly

There was ONLY ONE option of places to eat... we stayed on a Tue so i understand it's not a busy day but that was disappointing

Easy and speedy check in , staff was very pleasant n welcoming, clean and cozy, I would definitely recommend and return on my next trip!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and very comfortable

I really love, the young man who check us in. He was very friendly, and made sure we had what we needed & needed to know. Due to COVID lobby stay clean. Housekeeper: what I dislike was the half clean all the mirrors were marked up and that makes me feel like other things weren't wiped down from being experienced of housekeeping myself, but other than that, my bed was clean, toliet & tub. Setup was nice for walk-in

We had a getaway weekend and were very excited. We were met at the front desk with smiles and happiness. Very easy check in. They explained were are the hotel facilities were located, explained about the breakfast and dinner options. Very friendly and helpful the whole stay.

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. It was tucked away behind the Fairfield Inn (also owned by Marriot) and it was difficult to see directly from the road. However, once inside, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I explained that I was there to visit my sick father in the hospital which the front desk person empathized. I really appreciated this. The place was clean, holiday decorated and felt safe. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Breakfast staff...

Private, friendly atmosphere, beautiful grounds, breakfast made by owners, "chef" absolutely incredible. Must stay..

Clean room, and a breakfast. No issues at all.

Relaxed and rested enough to get through the day. Only thing wrong with some lighting did not function properly. Otherwise fine.

Very nice hotel.

My stay was amazing. Only thing had cut stay short by one day due to weather.

The hotel is very CLEAN

Staff was very friendly and helpful---Lobby was clean---Room was clean--Bathroom was very clean--Breakfast was excellent

We were created like family. The woman who checked us in was just delightful. She also sang to us the next morning at breakfast. The hotel was clean with very large rooms. It was like a mini apartment. Very happy with our choice. Would gladly stay again

What I did not like was the fact that I had to pay $100.00 deposit that nobody mentioned until I got there. and then it may take up to 3 to 5 days to get it back. So I had to go across the street and get $100 cash at 10:00 at night just so I can have my money back immediately. Never heard of such a thing...especially a tiny town like Smyrna...REALLY??? For all its good things, I would not stay there again just based on the inconvenience of a deposit that you may eventually get back. If you got...
