"We stayed in a double queen room on the second floor facing the back alley, where 6 large trash containers were kept. A truck and workers made a lot of noise with the trach cans around 6 am for 2 of the 6 nights we stayed. Other than that, the hotel is clean, staff is very helpful, and the playroom and nightly milk and cookie offering is great for families with kids. I'd recommend trying to book a room facing the front. Didn't try the pool, it wasn't warm enough out in early April. "

"While the room was clean it smelled of weed upon arrival. Also you can hear everything above you and outside and both were very loud. The breakfast and location to the pire 39 and transport were great. "

"Guy was real nice who checked us in. Close to Tourist spots. Wasn't the most clean place, but they were also fixing things. But I'd go back, because of location and helpful staff."

"Overall stay was great. However the check in staff especially the female staffs are not very friendly. They should have a sign indicate “line start here” at check in area, otherwise, people just waiting and stand in front of each check in stand. I was waiting in front of one of the check in stand, after the customer in front of me left, the hotel staff skipped and ignored me and call for another customer on my right side which makes me confused. I almost think the staff is racist because I’m an Asian. If I’m stand in the wrong place, they should have say something not just totally ignored. I don’t have issue with check out, staff is nice and friendly. "
