The rooms smelt like mildew pool was dingy around the edges! The breakfast was horrible just close this place down! My room smelt like smoke, trash was in the trash can tissue in the toilet! The manager said that wasn’t enough trash to give a refund are you kidding me and the toilet had pee stains on it shower had hair all over the tub it was horrible!! Not worth 5$ it’s a trap motel not safe

I stay once a year and have always liked its very competitive rate. This year, it had a bathroom door that would not shut and has a very dirty carpet or bathroom tile floor. (My socks got wet and after walking around, the bottom of white socks were very completely stained gray.)

The only issue we had was with the breakfast. There aren't enough options for diabetics, Everything other that fruit had too many carbs.

I would have rated it better, but our toilet didn’t flush properly and the bathroom door was dirty with stains and a buildup of dust. Other than that, I would recommend the location.

The room (319) was very humid regardless of the temperature and wreaked of a heavy chlorine odor. The furniture was damaged and the light fixtures had rust on them. We were allowed to only have one set of towels each due to the possibility of the hotel "running out" even though they weren't at more than 70% capacity the whole weekend. The building they use for serving breakfast was actively being renovated (cabinet doors removed and large buckets of paint were in the open for guests to see). This was a very disappointing experience especially for a property under the umbrella of Baymont.

Highly disappointed

When we arrived the floor under the sink was wet, we didn't see at leak so we dried it with a towel. In the morning it was a puddle. Office switched our room, double billed. Still pending refund for second charge.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Check-in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very kind. The only complaint I have is that the ice had a strong fishy taste and was unusable.
