The main floor boasts an inviting open-concept living and dining area that seamlessly transitions into a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside onto the elevated deck, where you can enjoy the sun at the six-person seating area or fire up the large gas grill. As evening falls, gather around the backyard fire pit for stories and s'mores beneath the stars.
Upstairs, two airy bedrooms await: one with a queen bed and another with four beds, ideal for children or young adults. Each bedroom features fans to keep cool on warmer nights. The main floor also includes a snug bedroom with a spacious closet, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a handy laundry area.
The house is located 500 ft from the Mt Abrams Mountain Bike Park. This offers lift access to hiking and mountain biking. There is a restaurant, Beer Garden, outdoor games and live music Thurs, Fri and Saturdays. The Park offers learners', women's and children's clinics. The park also offers week-long children's camp.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
