We had a wonderful stay at this cozy little property in Greer, Arizona! The weather was absolutely perfect — it even snowed while we were there, which made the whole experience absolutely perfect for us! The cabin itself was small, but very cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time in Greer, and this little cabin had everything we needed. Bed and couch were comfortable, and location was close to the restaurants.
The cabin was terrific, nestled within the forest just a short walk from the main road in Greer. Inside was clean and cozy, just as advertised, covered patio was amazing. Check-in was easy, we would definitely stay again!
We very much enjoyed our stay at Aspen 4 - it's an excellent location close to hiking trails and to the most scenic drives for fall colors. Clean and cozy cabin with all the amenities. We will definitely return again!
We were looking for something COZY near Sunrise Park and this for the bill. The owners were responsive and easy to work with and the cabin was clean and quiet.
We really enjoyed our stay at Aspen 4. It is a sweet little cabin - clean and bright and just the perfect size. We were even able to host friends over. The bbq was easy to use and everything was terrific.
Everything in this cabin was clean and in good working condition. The kitchen was well-equipped except could have used additional drinking glasses and mugs. Location was convenient and easy to find. We would stay again
We enjoyed our stay in this updated and very clean cabin. Everything we needed was there. Enjoyed having the smart tv with a remote to watch any program we wanted.
The porch are and hammock were very comfortable.
We would rent this place again!
Nice stay and walking distance to everything Greer has to offer. No glitzy night life and that's a good thing. Lots of critters, deer, squirrels, rabbits, blue jays, raven, elk and turkey all seen from the front porch.
Beautiful, peaceful and quiet getaway in Greer. Fabulous weather and good fishing. Animals all thru town and right up to our porch early in the morning. Can't wait to get back and relax again. Cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Will stay here again!

Husband and wife, we go up 2-3 times a year. Never stayed on this side of Molly Butlers. Great little cabin. I would not recommend it for 4 adults but 2 adults and 1-2 kiddos. Super clean, had everything the two of us needed. We made our annual visits to Molly Butlers for cocktails and dinner. Burgers and Primexrib fantastic. New coffee shop right below was great for our Sunday departure. Cafe Rendezvous Cafe for breakfast awesome as always
Stayed in the Aspen cabins twice now pre Thanksgiving. Place was clean and warm. Had everything we needed. Cabin 4 has electric fire place while Cabin 5 has a regular fireplace so plan as needed. We were looking for peace and quiet and got exactly what we wanted. Called to check on open restaurants in the area and got an immediate response. We will be back next year.
We were really comfortable. The floor was a little cold, but also it was just generally a cold weekend also. Super close to skiing. I would advise parking in the road if it snows a lot if you don't have chains or 4-wheel drive because the driveway is slanted and you can get stuck easily.
Very nice cabin with all amenities. Annie hostess was very communicative and pleasant. It's so welcoming and comfortable, everything you need is there. Bring binoculars, camera and enjoy.
I told Annie a fee things she should know about cabin. A CC instant running toilet, a heater in bedroom should be checked just in case, it kept shutting off completely. And a small table outside needed a plank reattached.
When checked in mats on deck were very dirty, don't think they had been swept for a long time, floors inside were filthy and covered with big clumps of pet hair. Bath mat obviously hadn't been changed.Did have a quick response about issue when reported. Housekeeping came and did a good job of cleaning.
We honeymooned in Greer 18 years ago and came back to celebrate. The cabin was great overall. We could have used a broom to clean the floors before leaving and the coffee pot was difficult, took 45 mins to get the grounds through the filter. Emailed for help but got no response while there. Some things were in disrepair, ceiling fan, bathroom heater and spongy front steps. We didn’t mind and had a good time overall. Love the location.

Love Location…Cabin needs some TLC
We’ve stayed in this cabin many years ago…when it was all knotty pine. I like the fresh white paint, makes cabin feel bigger.
I understand we stayed at the end of the summer season, but several things were broken or missing. Right away when we got there we had to text Annie Hartley (host) for hand towels, dish cloths, wash rags and trash bags. She got some delivered quickly!
We also noticed the ceiling fan had been broken, in fact at the end of our stay it detached from the ceiling and was hanging by a wire. Text Annie again and she sent maintenance. By the time he got there my husband had already disconnected the wire. A couple of window blinds were either broken or missing. The bathroom heater didn’t work, but when maintenance came for the fan found breaker had been tripped and reset it.
The thing that bothered my husband the most was how dirty the floor was. He likes going barefoot, but didn’t our whole stay.
We loved being in Greer at this off season. No crowds, and the leaves were starting to changing. Plus we do love the cabin’s location, and Annie Hartley was very quick to respond whenever we text her. Just sad the condition of the cabin.
