Less than 5 minutes from countless restaurants, shopping, and more. 7 minutes to adorable Downtown Greer and only 20 minutes to Downtown Greenville. 15 minutes to Michelin Headquarters and BMW. 8 minutes to the lake. Plenty of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. Sit 10 at the big dining room table + 6 at the kitchen table. Cooks kitchen with gas stove, double ovens, and coffee bar.

Great Property, Quiet Neighborhood
We were in town as a group of women to attend an event and wanted a property where we could all stay together and feel safe. This property was excellent! Everyone was able to have their own bed, we had space to cook, eat together and have fun in between events. There was plenty of parking room for cars and it was clean and well supplied with towels. We needed a few more rolls of toilet tissue but were ok. Some newer pots/pans would've been nice but the coffee bar was well supplied.

Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath house. Plenty of space to gather together for games and conversation or while making breakfast, as well as spread out for work and times of rest. We enjoyed the coffee area with provided k-cups and electric water kettle. Everything from the shiny wood floors and leather couches to the foam topped mattresses and curated decor lent warmth and comfort to our stay. It was clean and crisp and quite relaxing.

Christmas in Greer
House was great.although due to Covid only 3 adults stayed at the house. The ice maker needs repair. The kitchen could use platters, wine glasses and regular coffee pot, serving utensils and a cookie sheet. Nonetheless we would highly recommend this property. Loved.the spaciousness and decor and found the owners very responsive to our request. Thanks for a different but great Christmas visit.

Baby Shower in Greenville
My family and I stayed here because my baby shower was at a venue in Greenville. The house was very clean and spacious, we had 7 adults and 2 kids. There is plenty of parking with a long drive way. We enjoyed our stay but I was informed after check in that the owners daughter and a friend would be staying on the property in the connected owners suite at the back of the house. Although we never saw them (we did see their car) or hear them I think it would have been to nice to know this prior to check in.

Great house, super clean!
Plenty of room, everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would say that would’ve been a little more helpful. Is they need a chest of drawers or something to put your clothes in if you’re staying more than one or two days. But we may do and it was not that big of a deal. Very good communication with the owners, we will be staying here again on our next trip. Great location!

Perfect location and home for a large family gathering
We booked specifically to gather most of our large family together for a wedding @ Aurora Farms. It turned out to be the perfect location between the (evening) venue and (day) shopping in downtown Greer or on Wade Hampton for commercial stores. We loved the large den for the full family to gather!
