We stayed two nights me and my family’s for just little a getaway weekend. Found food that was left under the couch. Went to tell staff and asked if they had a broom and dust pan so i could clean it up. You would think they would come clean it up but no they jay handed it off to me to clean up. Upon first initial opening the room it smelled like urine very bad and the whole stay. We also found small bloodstain on the sheets and other small stains. I was very upset at my stay but the kitchen staff were very very friendly.

Nice hotel but…

the hotel was nice but we were next to storage room and i heard a lot of noise in middle of night like taking our bins of towels etc… miserable night sleep that no apology can make up for..

I liked the location, very convenient to restaurants and shopping malls. The hotel definitely needs some clean out, floor was dirty, carpet in my room was dirty. Breakfast was a joke, no flavor!!!

Everything was at least a little dusty. Radio was worst having an old pair of fake eyelashes resting on it. Blinds were spotted. The staff was nice.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early and out late. The room was pretty clean but it felt humid in the room our entire stay and the AC never worked properly. Breakfast was warm but not fresh and very processed.
