"We finally arrive to only find out then the pool is closed and that there is a remodeling going on. No where on Expedia did it state this or I wouldn’t have booked. It was load and dusty and the elevator had cloth up all the way around to just trap in the humidity. Our air conditioner barely worked but they offered headphones to tune the noise out. Awful experience."

"Wouldn’t let me check in at 3 pm, room wasn’t ready till after 5 pm! Elevators did not work. They had some sort of altercation in the back parking lot, illegals I’m assuming, none of them spoke English!"

"The hotel is being remodeled and it it obvious. The room had an awful smell and with a ceiling fan!! Not impressed to say it was a Comfort Inn & Suites"

"We walked into our room looked around and left. We checked into another hotel for the night. We have never done something like this before. The room wasn’t clean, the linens didn’t look clean and it didn’t appear to be a safe hotel to stay in. The hotel looked very different in person from the pictures online."
