"Loved the place. Pretty, clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. My first morning I went downstair late, the breakfast area was already clean... But I had a headache and wanted a cup of coffee... The staff helped me out with it and the lady from the kitchen area gave me a croissant and pastry. Such a sweetheart. Unfortunately for me, when I checked out, I forgot one of the souvenir's I bought in my room. Contacted front desk, they told me they have it and didn't throw it away.. so my friend is going to stop by to pick it up. And the location!! Is absolutely great .. close to metro, transportation, cafes and restaurants... I pretty much walked everywhere. "

"Beautiful well located hotel. Great staff and nice rooms. Our only caution is many rooms are accessed only by stairs and for older folks might be a chore. Parking is accrosd the street but it’s not easy to access and again you have to take your luggage up a flight of stairs to get out of the parkade. "

"Not too far from Capitole. Excellent, clean accommodation. Free shuttle to airport on departure which was VERY useful. Thank you for a great stay."
