If you want to feel at home on your vacation, this is definitely a good option. It offers a very large space with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, bedrooms with two large TVs, and a very spacious balcony. The shortcomings of this apartment are the lack of A/C and the location itself. With trains passing by every 10 minutes, it's almost impossible to sleep when you have to keep the windows open to get some kind of cool air. Consider adding a hairdryer to make the beautiful bathroom complete as well. Regarding the self-check-in, please make sure that customers have both an SMS and email copy of the instructions sent on time to avoid the hassle we went through. For those who arrive on weekends, if you really need to get in touch with the staff, I strongly recommend sending an email rather than using the emergency call because nobody answers (you can find it on the business card of the hotel). Having A/C added to the rooms is sure to make this apartment a memorable experience for all.

This property was new, spacious, and very clean. I especially liked the brightness, space, and the open terrace. I also liked the easy check-in. The only problem was we didn’t have towels for 4 adults (we had 2 bath and 2 smaller towels) and I messaged the owner without a reply.

Great hotel, quiet and clean. Rooms are huge I would suggest more signs as it is not easy to locate I would also suggest to improve the self check in since we did not receive the code and had to call the help desk. Will surely come back

All is new, very nice apartments, new Building but no air conditioning, very hot during summer, have to buy a Fan so it was a little better, washing is okay but confusing! I used it for two times washing and drying, and I paid for 5 cycle, because Maintenance interrupted the power and when restart it count like a new cycle !!!!!!

I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem

Appartement 103 braucht etwas Zuwendung

Grundsätzlich alles gut wie immer (viel Stauraum, self-checkin, sauberes Apartment mit guter Küche). Im Appartement 103 sollte mal die Küchenausstattung auf den normale Zustand eines Superior Appartements gebracht werden. Es gibt nur noch 1 Weinglas, nur 2 Wassergläser, keinen mittelgrossen Topf (nur ganz gross und ganz klein), 2 kleine Pfannen (keine grössere Pfanne), die Auswahl an Küchenhelfern ist auch eingeschränkt. Das Licht der Dunstabzugshaube funktioniert nicht. Es gibt keine Küchenwaage. Es gibt nur einen Kleiderbügel im ganzen Appartement.

Grundsätzlich alles sehr gut. Sehr moderne Apartments, viel Platz. Küche ist super ausgestattet. 1 Punkt Abzug, weil 1) Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer war verzogen und ließ sich nicht mehr vollständig schließen (Appartment 006) 2) Salzstreuer war leer (ziemlich unpraktisch, wenn man vom Einkaufen kommt und annimmt, dass Salz/Pfeffer vorhanden sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. 3) In der Toilette befanden sich noch Putztücher, die vergessen wurden runterzuspülen

Gut geeignet für längere Aufenthalte

Ich habe einen längeren Aufenthalt (1 Monat) in MOOI gemacht und war sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Kundenservice oder Personal hatte ich keinen Kontakt, auch eingecheckt wird über self Check-In. Das Apartment bietet genügend Stauraum, auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Möbel und die Küchenausstattung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Es gibt einen (kostenpflichtigen) Waschraum. Eine Wäsche in der Waschmaschine kostet 3,80 CHF. Das Apartment wird einmal wöchentlich gereinigt.

Das Apartment war ausgesprochen sauber und ordentlich. Der Zustand im Gesamten war wirklich hervorragend. Einzig und allein einen Stern Abzug gibt es weil in der Beschreibung stand, dass es eine Mikrowelle gibt ( die war nicht vorhanden - habe ich allerdings auch nicht benötigt) und weil die untere Dichtung einer Tür der Duschkabine defekt war. Dies hatte nur eine funktionale Bedeutung da dadurch einiges an Wasser bei der Benutzung auslief. Nicht tragisch aber halt sehr nass wenn der Wasserstrahl falsch ausgerichtet war. Der SELF CHECK-IN war unkompliziert und einfach ( Ausweis wird benötigt), keine Barzahlung möglich falls vorab noch nicht bezahlt. Bei den Steckdosen muss man darauf achten, dass man für gewisse mitgebrachte Geräte einen Adapter benötigt ( in unserem Fall für den Laptop)
