- a bathroom adjoining the bedroom, with Italian shower and washing machine
- an independent WC

- Collective heating and hot water
- Flat screen TV with internet

🛌 The apartment has a spacious independent bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a sofa bed in the living area.

⭐ Travel in comfort with the amenities in this studio, such as a TV, high-speed wifi, bed linen and towels on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed and bathroom linen, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed and bathroom linens will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is a solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
🕰️ Please note that arrival is possible from 17:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Check-out is also possible up to 10:00 am. For late check-out, please contact us in advance. An additional charge of €24 incl. VAT applies in both cases.
