The hotel had a nice lobby and a nice eating space with lots of coffee, coffee, and drinks to be offered. It had a unique parking garage that was super tight for a nice small car. The hand soap and body wash smelled very good, but it was a little tricky to figure out the drainage for both the sink and the shower. The hotel was located to a walkable location for lots of restaurants and cafés.

My two children and I were in Grenoble for two days. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The property was cozy and located half a block from the train station. The front desk staff spoke perfect English, which was nice because my French is terrible. We look forward to coming back.

Old tired building & rooms. Advertised with parking but it costs extra and there are only 6 spaces and they are extremely small tight spaces and access and very dangerous to get a normal size car in and out of. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful.

Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage.

Lovely hotel

This is a lovely hotel - friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Unusually, and one of the reasons I chose it, was the bunk beds for the children which, according to my 17 year old son, were much more comfortable than the usual trolley or sofa bed he gets when we stay anywhere as a family.

Perfect spot for easy access to the train & coach station and hire car providers. A stop off for us as a family of 4 after a week of skiing in the Alps, before early coach back to the airport.
