With air condition, two bathrooms, a big balcony, two bedrooms, a very stylish living room and a well equipped kitchen as well as a washing/dryer machine it had all we needed. We never even used the swimming pool since the beach is just across the street. Restaurants and shops in walking distance or even the same building. "My family of 6 stayed here and it worked well during our visit to the south of France. The pool was great, and usually empty, the condo was clean, and the beds comfortable. It's close to town and has a grocery story within a 5 minute drive. We stayed here and explored everywhere from Antibes to the Italian Border. Internet is included and speeds were good."
