"The hotel claims to be the oldest in Italy and although that has it's charm the facilities do show their age. The wi-fi was very good as was the location, being close to the shops, bars & restaurants and only a 15min walk from the station and to the tower. The staff are excellent and always helpful. The continental breakfast was ample to start the day. "

"The staff were super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel has a warm charm. The restaurant on the top floor is a must try, with the staff manning a dinner service that is top class. The rooms were clean, topped up daily with toiletries and waters. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and was topped up whenever possible. The location is right between some fantastic restaurants, independent shops and a short walk away from the leaning tower of Pisa. Overall we had a fantastic time and that was thanks to The Grand Hotel Duomo."
