"I had an absolutely incredible time here! The staff was so attentive, kind and truly some of the best service I’ve ever had. I traveled solo and the staff was checking in on me as well as sharing more about themselves and their culture which was just so wonderful. The food is delicious, the gym was great for a quick workout and the airport transport made the experience so seamless. The actual architecture of the villas being made out of bamboo was just stunning as well as the views for the rice terraces. I also did a complimentary yoga class which the instructor was so patient and incredible as explaining yoga and the importance of it. I also arrived on the Thursday and did the cultural dinner which the traditional food was just delicious whilst seeing the traditional dancing. Lastly, the villas themselves are so well equipped with all necessary toiletries, towels, robes, comfortable beds, radio and all you could need to have a peaceful and memorable getaway. "

"If you are coming for elephants, you are going to be very happy! There are currently 24 elephants and the opportunities for interaction are excellent. If you are coming for the opportunity to experience the ultimate in luxury, you could be a little disappointed. But you will not be disappointed in the staff! So set your expectations for elephants, and enjoy your stay! The gardening is beautiful, but the air conditioning and dining could be a little bit stronger."

My review would be incomplete if I did not thank Pak Made for putting together a great fitness schedule for me, Yani in the Spa for the most relaxing massages and Jon’s F&B team - in particular Rastiwi for her attention every morning at breakfast. During my stay, I was referred to as Ibu which was respectful and made me feel at home. Ms Angel and her team truly made my trip an unforgettable experience. "

"The property is beautifully tucked within the village with the ocean at our doorstep! We were greeted with by the friendly staff and a welcome drink. The food was fabulous! The Chef came out and chatted with us. He was warm and friendly, like the entire team. The rooms were unique with the bamboo impressed architecture with mountain and ocean views. It was the peaceful escape we had hoped for. The drive there was complete sensory overload in the most delightful way, lush foliage bursting with village life throughout our 3.5 hour drive. It was a fantastic first impression of Bali for us!"
