Villa Amaranto is a charming independent villa that comfortably accommodates four guests. It is situated within easy walking distance of the quaint, medieval hilltop town of Panzano in Chianti. The interior of the villa features a spacious living and dining area complete with a fireplace and satellite TV, offering a wide range of movie channels in English as well as a selection of news and entertainment channels.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Additionally, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guest use.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Outside, the villa boasts a private swimming pool measuring 6 meters by 12 meters, available during the high season. For guests desiring pool access beyond this period, a higher weekly rental rate applies. Perfectly positioned to provide panoramic views over Panzano's esteemed vineyards, the outdoor area also features a lush lawn garden, a dining table, and a charcoal barbecue—ideal for enjoying al fresco meals. Additionally, the owners maintain a vegetable orchard and often share delights such as fresh tomatoes, crisp salad greens, and flavourful zucchini with their guests. Ample parking is available within the fenced property.

LOCATION

Casa di Pescille is ideally situated just 200 meters from the picturesque village of Panzano, which is easily accessible on foot. In Panzano, you’ll discover a delightful array of local restaurants and eateries, along with a supermarket and a pharmacy for your convenience. Additionally, the nearest grocery store is just 200 meters away, and a restaurant is located 400 meters from the villa.

The Tuscany region offers not only stunning scenery and a tranquil atmosphere but also a plethora of activities to enjoy with family and friends. You can refine your Italian cooking skills, partake in wine tastings at the renowned Chianti vineyards, explore the rolling hills and olive groves on foot, swim in your private pool, and enjoy bicycle rides, tennis, and golf. There are also numerous charming local villages to visit and, of course, the historic cities of Florence and Siena, each rich in culture and tradition, are within easy reach.

Rates include the use of electricity, cooking gas, water, and the private swimming pool. For your convenience, a hairdryer and pool towels are provided. WiFi is also available at the property.

Please note that a final cleaning fee of €60 is payable locally.

Additional services available for a fee include heating (if required), maid service, a personal cook, and a first shopping service. The housekeeper can prepare a food pack for your arrival; the cost includes the maid's hourly rate plus the actual cost of the groceries. Please provide a list of desired groceries prior to arrival.

A breakage deposit of €250 is required, payable in cash to the villa owner upon arrival.

Please be aware of the local tourist tax applicable to villas and apartments. This tax is €2.00 per person per night for up to 7 nights, payable locally, and applies to all guests aged 14 years and over.

Lead guest should be 25 years or older. No groups of all males or all females. No groups of mainly under 25 year olds.
