Hotel is very nice, clean, with very polite and helpful staff. It is very close (5-10 min drive) to all monasteries, so it has perfect location. Breakfast buffet is great with variety of options to choose from. Parking on the street is in general available but may be challenging if you have bigger car. There are several dinner options within walking distance in local taverns as well as nice restaurant at the hotel.

What a wonderful gem! Wedged among the cliffs in the traditional old Kastraki village. Hugged by serenity and surrounded by natural beauty. Friendly and helpful hosts family. Large rooms with balcony and fireplace. Generous breakfast. Location is very close if wanted to walk the Monasteries loop. You are just 20 min walk to St Nikolas Anapafsas. The village itself has the beautiful church and plenty of low key tavernas serving delicious food. Unforgettable 3 days!

Stopped over in this town traveling across epirus. We were just passing through but would love to come back for a longer stay. Our suite was spacious for our family, and the hotel attendant was incredibly nice and helpful. There was parking and despite our minivan rental being large and unwieldy, the staff helped us get it in the garage. Without that, parking in town was impossible. Cheers to the staff for being so sweet.

We arrived in the Meteora area of Greece which is breath-taking in itself. The hotel facility came up suddenly and we made a sharp turn to enter, there were entrance signs well in advance but to enter the facility it is quite a sudden turn. Parking was close and plentiful. The hotel itself is exquisite in a quiet beautiful setting. Staff was very solicitous and polite. Our room was beutiful and had complimentary fruit and wine from the manager. The room is clean and the bed was very comfortable....

Our other hotel canceled on us and I was able to book a last minute room here. No regrets! Very kind reception at night and tips on where to find free street parking. The room was comfortable with the balcony being the best part. You can see the mountains and tiny monasteries from there if you get a mountain view. Our stay at the Pirrion couldn't have been better. The food was wonderful, the rooms beautiful, the sunset gorgeous. Our Innkeeper gave us perfect maps (hand drawn) with information about what to see and how to get there. With this wonderful local knowledge, we were able to see and experience a wide variety of natural wonders in the area. Mr. Costas even went so far as to deliver a coat that I'd left behind to a meeting place where I could pick it up. Amazing service and kindness.
