"Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect."
"We had the most wonderful stay in Greyton with the cherry on the top being our lovely hostess and her staff. The warmth and comfort of High Hopes, together with the delicious breakfast and beautiful garden were more than we had imagined - our "high hopes" were certainly realised! Many thanks Ang et al. "We only stayed for one night. The room was beautiful with direct access to a pool. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do more to make sure you were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were delicious. Wish we had stayed for another night."

Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. Not much in the area to do but had a first class meal in town.
The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
Had a wonderful time at the donkey sanctuary which is a must see.
Went to local winery (McGregor) and spent some monies there.

"Poor quality rooms. Bathroom doors are rotten and carpets are stained. Room 206 had a smell similar to a public hospital. The beds are soft and over used."
