Parkview Villa - Greytown

Parkview Villa has space for all the family. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is situated directly across from the Greytown park and swimming pool in the heart of the village.
There is wrap around verandas at the front of the home and a fabulous private deck at the rear with outdoor dining. Access from bifold windows in the kitchen make this the perfect BBQ spot.
There are 3 sets of doors that open off the lounge, dining and master bedroom allowing the perfect indoor outdoor flow.

Location Location

Parkview Villa is located on one of Greytown's most desirable streets. With the Main Street only a 5 minute walk away where you can enjoy exploring the fabulous shopping and dining on offer.

The home is set up with everything you will need to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay. With free wifi and a work desk, ‘working from home’ during an extended stay is a breeze while the kids are entertained with the amenities close by.

The master bedroom has a super-king bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with shower.
Bedroom 2 has a super-king bed and large wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and wardrobe. These two rooms share the family bathroom which has a bath and seperate shower.

There is a smart TV with Netflix, Xbox One and a bluetooth speaker for your entertainment.

Beautiful house but communication with owner difficult. Taylor’s Property were excellent to deal with, however after we accidentally locked the keys in the house the owner (who was most unpleasant to me) went into the house, while we were not there and retrieved the key. Lights and the heat pump were turned off. I had let him know when we would be back and certainly did not expect him to enter the house without our permission. Not something I expect when I pay to stay in a house.

Autumn Birthday Break
Stayed here for 3 nights for my birthday with family. Lovely, spacious property, room for everyone. Close to shops, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance. While a little dated in some areas, the house was very clean and functional. Best beds ever - so comfortable! Entire family enjoyed our stay.
