"This is a great resort for families with kids up to about 6 years old. The facilities cater amazingly to thaat age group. For older kids the pool is very good and the games room is also good, but the kids program for 7-9 year olds is only ok. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with great choices. The appartment we stayed in was a very good size with plenty of space. It is about 15-20 minute walk to the beach, which for us was fine. You can rent bikes for a good proce if you want to explore...

"Das Ferienobjekt ist zur Inselerkundung von Usedom prima gelegen;- alle Erlebnis -und Ostseebadeorte sind ohne Probleme zu erreichen; auch mit Rad. "We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left. The angry receptionist really caught us by surprise, we have been...
