"There was no one to speak with and the reservation was for 3 rooms and they emailed a door code for 2 rooms. No one at front desk, no one answering their “help” phone; people smoking weed outside the entrance, mold in the bathroom and a small breakfast not ready by 7:30am. We will be asking for say a minimum a credit for the room they didn’t provide."

Gospodarze pomyśleli o wszystkim – od bogato wyposażonej kuchni po te serdeczne, dodatkowe akcenty, które sprawiły, że poczuliśmy się nie anonimowym najemcą, ale wyjątkowym i wyczekiwanym gościem.To właśnie to – gdzie piękne otoczenie spotyka się z ludzką życzliwością, a designerski mebel staje się sceną dla niezapomnianych chwil – sprawia, że pobyt tutaj jest tak wyjątkowym i głęboko satysfakcjonującym doświadczeniem. "Everything was great, including the nice restaurant on the side of the river. The only issue we had was that Google Maps had wrong information about the main road to the hotel, it considered it non-drivable for some reason, and directed us on a long trip along the right side of the river, which included a portion of unpaved road. So stick to the left side of the river and you'll get there much faster on a paved road than crosses the river right near the hotel."

"It was a wonderful house and a very comfortable stay. The house is new and fully equipped. The area is rural and beautiful, close to Switzerland, and easy to reach. The interaction with the owner was smooth and pleasant. "

"Very roomy property with a lot of natural light. Requires car and is over the border in Germany. This might increase your car rental price by 30CHF if you're renting from Switzerland (and declare that you're crossing the border). Villa is in (european) walking distance from an Aldi, however, please remember that stores are closed on Sundays. The property has 2 "real" bedrooms, one bedroom that sectioned off from the main/living room by curtains, providing visual privacy, but not sound. In addition there is a bedroom in the basement but didn't have blankets etc. The host was super friendly and came out when we had some issues with the warm water. They live nearby, which is very convenient. We came as a family of 5 (with 3 teens) and would definitely come back."
