"The property is directly on Lake Zell, making its location superb. They have some games and water equipment available onsite for use or rent. There is a dock for the kids to jump into the lake from, but when we were there the area by the dock wasn’t so clean. The room was clean, and there was a private bathroom. Our bathroom didn’t seem that clean though and had an unfortunate odor to it. We spent most of our time there next door at Strandband Seespitz, where access to the lake was a little...

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. "The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
