"The 2 ladies at the front desk were fantastic. One glaring problem was the breakfast on Sunday 07/19/2026. The gentleman servicing the buffet was rude, unresponsive and generally terrible. When we arrived, there was no sausage, no eggs and the other container was empty, don't know what was in it. When I inquired as to why he was standing, with his hands in his pockets, while all this was empty, I got "Is's heating up." In the meantime, no yogurt and no milk. Tried to get cereal but the ONE kind...

"While the property was clean, it looked a little outdated but, to us, all the HIG properties look the same. Other than that our room was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat in the area and DoorDash was available. Avoid the Golden Corral just down the street from the hotel. It is awful! It’s dirty and expensive with a minimally attentive staff."

"The property is quite dated. The lobby area was dark with dim lighting. The room was dingy though it was fairly clean. Not a homey atmosphere."
