"We had lovely days in this lovely House. Simona is a great Host WHO was Always there in Case of questions. Baveno. Hast much more than beach and great Lake View: IT IS a nice little and hast great hiking opportunities in Mountains directly in the Back of IT. Last but Not least: Try the lovely bakery/patissery 20 Meters auch was in the Street of "17 martyrs"..."

"This is a true lakeside experience! The boathouse is beautifully decorated with every detail thought out. The breakfast was lovely and the view is unmatched. The only negatives are that there is no AC but this is compensated by windows that let in a fabulous breeze from all 4 sides. This does allow the mosquitoes in but that's life on a quiet lake. Do stay here and swim or kayak on one of the nicest lakes in Italy. Highly recommended."

"The accommodation is great. There is everything you need for the holiday. The location is also great. Very quiet location and yet within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot at the lake. There is a lot to discover in the area. In addition, the landlady gave us many good tips for excursions and sights. In addition, she was briefly on site almost every day and is a very loveable and helpful woman. All in all, it was a great holiday, we would love to come back."

"This is one of the best locations I have stayed at. Stefano's house is perfectly situated on the beautiful Lake Lugano set within huge gardens with access to the lake which was fantastic. He has kayaks, canoes , mountain bikes to use free of charge, we did not want to leave. The house is comfortable and homely and is near to Pella. "The Villa has an extraordinary View of the Lake where you can gaze upon, during the day as well as nights. The kitchen has everything one needs and the rooms and bathrooms we're spacious and clean. We were there as a group with 2 Kids. For the Kids are toys to play with. Just down the road is a Restaurant that is very nice. Great place to stay!"

"The Osteria Della Pista is not the fanciest hotel but it really did grow on us with its quaint old world charm and we became very fond of it and its wonderful staff. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful which was welcoming and made us feel like they really did care about our stay being a great experience. Nestled in a small village close to the airport and within walking distance of the train station there was also a church down the road that we could hear the bells ringing in the morning and a little farther down we enjoyed gelato every evening after we ate dinner at the hotel which by the way dinner was always amazing. The manager of the restaurant was very friendly and always accommodating and after we checked out we found out that the manager Celeste was actually one of the owners of the hotel and we couldn’t speak more highly of him. Our room was very clean but if I did have to pick one thing to change I would recommend nicer furniture in the rooms. Maybe something antique to match the ambiance of the hotel and surrounding area. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to our friends and family. "
