Villa in exclusive vacation resort "Les Restanques du Golfe de St Tropez", Grimaud

Villa 64m² for up to 6 people. Cellar with washing machine, dryer, storage room. Fully equipped kitchen with hatch to the dining room and living room with pull-out sofa bed (2 berths, size 2.00m x 1.60m) on the ground floor. Upstairs two bedrooms, two bathrooms, bath, shower. Toilets are located both upstairs and on the ground. Behind the house is a large terrace leading to the garden and the directly adjoining park. A television with local channels is available as well as Internet access (WLAN / WiFi) without volume limitation.
In the summer months, the living-dining area and terrace is from noon in the very pleasant shade of the house. The house also has a new air conditioning, which ensures the desired temperature in all rooms (reversible).

Communicatie met Beate verliep soepel. Wij verbleven met 4 personen en alles was prima. We hebben nergens op misgegrepen. Lokatie binnen het park is ook goed. Lekker centraal en dichtbij winkel, restaurant, zwembad en speelvelden. Prima verblijf. Niets op aan te merken.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer tollen Anlage. Es gibt mehrere Pools, für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei - von ruhig bis aktionreich. Ein kleiner Supermarkt bietet die wichtigsten Dinge und Animation wird auch geboten - wer das möchte. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und alles ist gut organisiert.

Kleines Reihenhaus in einer gesicherten Anlage. Das Haus bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht und war sauber. Für Hundebesitzer: Der Garten ist nach hinten nicht abgezeunt bietet aber wiederum direkten Zugang zur Gassirunde und macht es dadurch eigentlich angenehm. Der Poolbereich ist für Kleinkinder ganz interessant. Leider ist die restliche Anlage etwas in die Jahre gekommen und braucht mal wieder Pflege. Die Lage ist ganz gut und die schönsten Strände sind in ca. 20 Minuten absolut akzeptabel erreichbar. Preis-Leistung kann jeder für sich entscheiden aber unter Berücksichtigung der Region in Ordnung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und alle Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet. 👍

Très bonne situation géographique de la maison avec jardin (une petite barrière serait là bienvenue au bout du jardin pour les personnes ayant dès chiens) agréable , parc aquatique super , communication avec la propriétaire très bien.

Les journées sont passées trop vite dans cette maison agréable, fonctionnelle et bien décorée ! La terrasse à l’ombre l’après-midi est aussi bien appréciable. L’emplacement central de la maison au sein de la Résidence proche des piscines, restaurants, et supérette est aussi très pratique. Situation favorable pour circuler et découvrir la région varoise.

nous avons passe un excellent sejour aux restanques malgré probleme de climatisation temporaire de la maison. La maison est idealement bien situee et offre tout le confort utile. Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Maison impeccable, au calme où on peut se reposer et où les enfants peuvent profiter. Accès rapide à la mer et aux différents sites (Port Grimaud - St Tropez- St Maxime...) Et tout le confort dans le village P&V avec piscine chauffée! On y retournera !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une charmante maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Le cadre est agréable avec le jardin et une vue dégagée depuis les 2 chambres . De même l'ensemble de la copropriété est très bien entretenu.

Sehr schön gestaltete Ferienanlage mit vielen bunten Wohnungen und Häuschen, die sich zwischen vielen schönen Pflanzen und Bäumen in leicht hügeliger Landschaft befinden. Herzstück ist ein toller Wellenbad-Pool. Unser Ferienhaus war sehr gut eingerichtet (u.a. auch mit WLAN, Kaffee-Pad-Maschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner) und sehr sauber. An der ein oder anderen Stelle der großen Ferienanlage wären Renovierungen fällig; schade ist auch, dass das Café Bleu am Pool nicht bewirtschaftet war.

Sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt (zu unserem Urlaub war es gerade komplett neu gestrichen), sauber und auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet und man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Alles in allem - super Anlage, super Haus, super Urlaub.

Belle villa très bien équipé, propre avec sa piscine privée. Idéal pour des vacances réussis en famille. Bonne équipe d'animation. A conseillé.
