"The Hare Cottage is beautiful and so cosy inside. The farm itself is also very beautiful, and the staff very welcoming. The spa facilities are incredible, a copper milk bath, natural hot tub and lots of herbal teas, mud face masks and lotions and potions. Very relaxing and totally private! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend."

"Lovely house. Clean, large house, rural location. Fab hot tub and pool. Big enough for our 9 teenagers/adults. We had a great time. Only very minor disadvantages such as lack of tea towels, could do with a bit more light above hot tub and doors sticking. We would highly recommend here though."

"Living away from the area, we wanted a property that would allow us to bring our whole family together over Christmas, including 12 on Christmas day. Croxton House was the perfect location. Spacious but not overwhelming, a dining room big enough for what we needed, a location. That was rural but not too far from local amenities. "Imagaine been in a dessert then coming across a magical oasis! Imaculate property, top class spec but the hosts: warm, empathetic, kind not in your face or constant just there for you. My dog Cooper and I definitly rate this as our favourite holiday stay ( and we go to three a year) we are going back. Honestly I cant say how much we enjoyed our peaceful tranquil refreshing stay at this locational. I 100% do and have! recommended this to all my friends. Thank you."

"The property was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. The house we were in was ideal for us. The house itself was really nicely finished, there was tons of space and it was in a beautiful setting. My young daughter really enjoyed going out to say hello to the chickens in the morning."

overall a great place to stay
"Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit "
