Flooring separated and walls cracked. Interesting choices for electrical outlets - a power bar buried into the wall. One master bedroom had creepy mirror at bed level. Place was used by 5 executives for an overnight board meeting. No damage done - two weeks later we get notification of a broken table and 2000...
