The hotel is very nice and I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very good view. The staff were also friendly and helpful. The location is good; while it requires a short walk from the station, this distance keeps the hotel quiet. Breakfast was okay, though the selection was limited. I appreciated the complimentary snacks and soft drinks in the room. They also offer free afternoon tea cakes, which I didn't get to try since I was out. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

The rooms on the second floor are close to the street and very noisy. While the staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel restaurant has a frustratingly large number of flies. Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room; they expected us to buy them instead.To make matters worse, after we checked out, they charged an extra amount to my card. When I called to inquire, they claimed we had a booking for December and took the money for it—which is completely untrue, we had no such reservation. The receptionist did apologize and refunded the money, but honestly, this was my first and last time staying at this hotel."
