The interior and exterior are clean and well appointed with new furniture and modern TVs The picture is very deceptive as the beach is a few miles from the property and the private beach club is the absolute worst one in Scalea. This is not a beachfront apartment like the listing states. This is fraudulent advertising and we will seek credit. The people are very rude and do not like to honor the vouchers from Kalispera. Il personale accogliente..anche l’animazione è presente ma non invasiva.Tutto è a portata di mano..spiaggia con ombrelloni e lettini personali,piscina,ristorante direttamente sul mare dove abbiamo cenato ottimamente e con la vista del tramonto sullo Stromboli .Per quanto riguarda l’appartamento l’abbiamo trovato pulitissimo ed è presente tutto.Siamo stati davvero benissimo,grazie a tutti voi"

"This apartment is a little Gem, the owners are very nice people and very helpful. We especially loved the sea view from the balcony and the very close location to a great little beach, we really enjoyed swimming and snorkelling here. The apartment was very comfortable and a great base to visit lots of lovely locations. We really loved it!"

Nous avons quand même souffert de la chaleur à l'intérieur mais Anna est très sensibilisée et promet de résoudre ce problème dès que possible. A noté la proximité des plages à moins de 5mn. "Der Aufenthalt war ein Höllentrip.Es war das schlimmste Quartier unseres Lebens. Nichts Positives,alles negativ.Dreckig(Haare im Abfluss und an der Wand,Essensreste im Backofen), Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, Klimaanlage sollte 10 pro Tag kosten. Dritter Stock ohne Aufzug. Keine Küchenutensilien außer gebrauchter Schwamm und Lappen. Kein Küchenpapier, Küchenhandtücher usw.,gar nichts. Feuerzeug unbrauchbar. Wenn es möglich wäre würden wir minus 10 Sterne vergeben."

"Wunderschöne Terrasse, alles sehr geräumig. Klimaanlage wäre im Schlafzimmer optimal gewesen (wir hatten eine extrem schwüle Zeit) Gute Küchenausstattung, Auto notwendig, die Hausbesitzer wohnen im Erdgeschoß und waren sehr hilfsbereit und für jede Anfrage prompt erreichbar."

"La casa è adatta per 2/3 persone, attrezzata con le cose necessarie per una vacanza, con la lavatrice ( che è sempre una comodità). La doccia piccola ma è la normalità per le case vacanza di Scalea, ma ha anche quella esterna che è già più grande. Le scale potrebbero farsi sentire, ma la vista dal terrazzo ripaga ogni cosa. Nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene nella casa di Lana. "
