Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for. "

"Check In time was supposed to be at 3 and it was more than an hour late. We arrived at 3:35 with a baby whom had a poopy diaper. There was not a single room available until 4:05. And no changing tables in the restroom. The friendly staff did everything they could to apologize. Bits it’s annoying and stressful. "
